Recently, it has come to our attention that a “Jackie Chan Emperor Mobile App” (“Mobile App”) was used to invite third parties to participate in the co-investment of film(s).
We hereby declare that the Mobile App is not produced by Emperor Group (“Group”), Emperor Motion Pictures (“EMP”) and/or Emperor Film Production Company Limited (“EFPCL”). We did not authorise, consent or permit any third party to produce the Mobile App nor authorise 「安徽東渡商貿有限公司」to invite any company or person to participate in the co-investment of any film.
We are greatly concerned that the goodwill of the Group, EMP and EFPCL was illegally used to deceive the general public. We hereby urge the public to take caution and refrain from entering into such film investment scheme to avoid any financial loss.
