The 16th China Huabiao Awards

Emperor Motion Pictures has presented its latest productions in The 16th China Huabiao Awards, which took place in Beijing last weekend. The Emperor Group Chairman, Dr. Albert Yeung, walked the red carpet with three movie titles: <Happiness>, <The Wasted Time> and <To the Fore>; Dr. Yeung later appeared on the red carpet again as guest director team along with directors Alan Mak Siu Fai, Felix Chong Man-Keung and Ho Leung Lau
<Happiness> and <The Wasted Time> were both being introduced as the Newcomer Chinese film recommendations during the ceremony. <Happiness> Director Andy Lo Yiu Fai and Kara Wai were both honored and happy to be invited to the ceremony. <Happiness> is a film with a sense of responsibility and aims to raise awareness in community relationship between the elderly and the younger generations. As for <The Wasted Time>, director Er-Cheng, lead actor Ge-you, Huayi Brothers owner Wang Zhonglei attended the event as representatives alongside with Dr. Yeung.
The previous released title <To The Fore> has won the first award of the night – the Best Feature Film. The notable Hong Kong director, Dante Lam, was there to receive the award, he gave special thanks to Dr. Yeung for the trust in him and to the judges and audiences who showed their liking and support to the cyclist film. Dante was also grateful for all the actors and cyclists who helped with the filming of <To the Fore>, its breaking away and spreading positivity to the rest of the world.
