Lam Long, a police officer, is framed and suspended after he rescued his girlfriend being kidnapped by the mob. He goes to a small island and runs a seafood restaurant for peace of mind, but the gangsters are after him. Ten years after, a young man Henry, comes to Long’s restaurant to find out who killed his father.
