Cui Minguo is forced to keep his marriage a secret in order to get a new job as an assistant at a perfume company. As his CEO Mandy becomes more appreciative of him, their relationship starts to arouse the suspicions of his wife, Jingyi, who also discovers Minguo has been lying about his marital status at work. The inevitable happens when Minguo and Mandy are on a business trip together, and Jingyi asks for a divorce. The heartbroken Minguo buries himself in work and mixes a scent that becomes a bestseller.
